This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 and includes a hire-on bonus. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that include crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management support.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all required paperwork.
• Employing evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs effectively, using insights from the clinical team to inform treatment approaches.
• Facilitating the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans in collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary teams.
• Actively engaging in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold service quality.
• Acting as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and service systems to coordinate support and resources for clients.
• Establishing effective communication strategies to enhance program visibility and community outreach efforts.
• Building and nurturing relationships with local and regional organizations to promote partnership opportunities and identify potential funding sources.
• Pursuing professional development through conferences, workshops, and advocacy opportunities, thereby representing our agency positively.
• Embodying our agency's mission, values, and philosophy in every aspect of service delivery.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your work will directly influence their quality of life by facilitating access to comprehensive support and resources, fostering resilience, and enabling effective coping strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field; required for licensure.
• An active independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Strong ability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports reflecting evidence-based practice.
• Effective communication skills to successfully collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Judgment and decision-making capabilities rooted in professional knowledge and ethical practice.

While not strictly required, candidates with prior experience in community health settings or those who have worked within integrated care frameworks will be preferred. Familiarity with behavioral health treatment methods and documentation standards will be beneficial.
