This full-time position is designed for remote work, allowing flexibility to harmonize your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. However, you will be part of a supportive outpatient office environment, collaborating with a team of mental health professionals committed to delivering holistic care. Your schedule will include some evening and weekend hours, accommodating the varied schedules of our clients and enhancing our service accessibility.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available for their support.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy, aimed at promoting healing and personal development.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that delineate clear therapeutic goals and interventions based on each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, coordinated care for clients.
• Engage actively with the treatment team to create and execute client-centered treatment initiatives that foster positive outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and professional best practices.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Easy Health Counseling Center values the contributions of our staff and offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 yearly.
