Position Overview

Easy Health Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that clearly outline goals and interventions to guide clients toward transformative healing experiences.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive and coordinated care strategies for clients.
• Providing crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure client well-being and stability.
• Maintaining precise, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to document client progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds. Understanding cultural sensitivities and tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of our clients will be essential in fostering effective therapy. Your expertise will aid in guiding clients through their emotional difficulties, empowering them to build resilience and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications

To qualify for this exciting position, candidates must have:

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with clients, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions, documentation, and client management.

Preferred Experience

While we are open to applicants from various backgrounds, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience working in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits
