Job Description

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations as needed
Collect and post payments, handle billing, and manage patient accounts
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Great attitude, friendly and able to multi task

Salary Range

Full-time $20 - $28 per hour
