Summary: This unique role combines traditional front desk responsibilities with hosting our complimentary evening wine and dessert reception, creating memorable experiences for our guests from check-in through the end of their day. The Evening Front Desk Agent & Wine/Dessert Hour Host serves as the primary point of contact for guests during evening operations, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and guest inquiries, processing payments, resolving concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. In addition to front desk duties, this role hosts the property's complimentary evening wine and dessert reception by preparing and maintaining the service area, welcoming and engaging with guests, serving refreshments in accordance with responsible alcohol service practices, replenishing offerings as needed, and ensuring the reception area remains clean, organized, and inviting. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to balance hospitality, guest relations, and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Must be able to work Evenings from 3p-11pm. Have a State Alcohol service permit or the ability to obtain one.
