Join our team at Cascada Thermal Springs and Hotel, where we pride ourselves on delivering a relaxing and luxurious environment for our guests. We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Overnight Supervisor to ensure the seamless operation of our reception desk during overnight hours. Your role will be vital in upholding our high standards of service and sustainability.

As the Overnight Supervisor, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and conduct nightly audits while providing an upscale and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
