Many programmers use weekends to improve their skills, explore new technologies, or work on side hustles. Weekend programming is popular among both hobbyists and professionals who want to expand their experience or build their portfolios.

Weekend programming positions often require balancing tight deadlines and troubleshooting technical issues with limited weekday support. You may need to work independently, manage unexpected bugs, and coordinate remotely with team members who are off-duty.
