Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive assistant to support our operations in a fast-paced semiconductor and construction environment.

This position includes two tracks: Engineering Assistant and Administrative Assistant.
Candidates will be assigned to a suitable role based on their background and company needs.


Key Responsibilities

Engineering Assistant Track

  • Support engineering teams with project coordination and daily operations
  • Maintain and track project data using Microsoft Excel (schedules, materials, logs)
  • Assist with engineering documentation, reports, and project forms
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on tasks
  • Coordinate between field teams and office staff


Administrative Assistant / General Affairs Track

  • Handle administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and data entry
  • Support office operations and internal coordination
  • Assist with onboarding documents and basic HR/office support
  • Maintain organized records and assist with daily office needs


Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
