PRN Registered Nurse (RN) - Corporate Wellness Clinic
Location: Corporate Office / Onsite Wellness Clinic
Schedule: PRN (As Needed) | Monday-Friday Daytime Hours | Flexible Based on Clinic Needs
About the Role
Ramp Health is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our PRN team supporting an onsite corporate wellness clinic. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys preventive care, health education, and building relationships with participants while maintaining a flexible schedule.
As a PRN RN, you will provide onsite clinical support during scheduled wellness clinic hours, assisting with biometric screenings, vaccinations, health education, care coordination, and minor first aid. You'll work alongside Health & Wellness Coaches, Registered Dietitians, and Ramp Health's clinical team to deliver integrated, participant-centered care that promotes healthier workplaces.
What You'll Do
Onsite Clinical Care
  • Provide first aid and triage for minor workplace illnesses, injuries, and acute symptoms.
  • Assist participants in accessing appropriate levels of care, including primary care and preventive services.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for employees during clinic hours.
Biometric Screenings & Preventive Services
  • Perform biometric screenings including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, body composition, and other preventive health assessments.
  • Review screening results with participants and provide education on health risks and next steps.
  • Administer vaccinations, including seasonal flu vaccines and other immunizations as needed.
  • Support employer wellness campaigns and preventive health initiatives.
Health Education & Condition Management
  • Educate participants on managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
  • Encourage healthy lifestyle habits and reinforce wellness goals established through Ramp Health programs.
  • Support medication adherence and healthy behavior change through participant education.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Health Coaches, Registered Dietitians, and Ramp Health clinical leadership to provide coordinated participant care.
  • Document participant interactions accurately using Ramp Health's secure digital platform.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and all clinical documentation standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience; occupational health, primary care, community health, or wellness experience preferred.
  • Experience performing biometric screenings and administering vaccinations.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in an onsite clinic environment.
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation and digital health platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Occupational or workplace health experience.
  • Experience with chronic disease management or population health initiatives.
