Deliver Exceptional Guest Service
As a Beach & Pool Attendant, you are often one of the first team members guests interact with during their stay. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and memorable resort experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Assisting guests with seating, towels, cabanas, and general requests
- Providing information about resort amenities, activities, and services
- Anticipating guest needs and delivering proactive service
- Promptly communicating guest concerns or requests to management
You’ll help ensure our pools, cabanas, and common areas consistently reflect the high standards of Sunflower Beach.
