ASP of Central Houston has an immediate opening for a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team of swimming pool professionals.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, dedicated, team player, and problem solver. They provide excellent customer service, love to work outdoors, and are able to work both independently, with minimal guidance throughout the day, and as part of a team. At all times, they handle matters with integrity and embrace the spirit of "5-Star Resort-Quality Service" for every customer.
A Pool Maintenance Technician at ASP of Central Houston will:
  • Enjoy working outdoors at all times of the year, particularly in Houstons varying conditions.
  • Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools each week.
  • Maintain regular stock of tools and chemicals on the company issued truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool.
  • Be able to utilize a smart phone for our pool management mobile platform (stipend provided).
  • Be able to identify and communicate issues and solutions to customers, office/support team members, and/or leadership.
  • Hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Agree to a background check and drug screen.
  • Have earned at least a high school diploma or equivalent Certified Pool Operator License is valued but not required
The Pool Maintenance Technician position averages 30-40 hours/week depending on seasonal and customer needs. We offer competitive compensation based on candidate experience and continued success. This position also has the potential of earning bonus pay and/or incentive pay when goals are met.
