About the Role: Now hiring a Pool Cleaning Technician in the Tomball/Woodlands area! We're looking for a self-motivated, dependable person who can work independently and enjoys working outdoors. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Company vehicle provided, competitive pay, and immediate start available. Please call 281-924-7724.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, and brushing on scheduled service routes

Test and balance pool water chemistry including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium levels

Add appropriate chemicals to maintain safe and clean water conditions

Inspect and clean pool filters, pumps, and skimmer baskets

Identify and report equipment issues, leaks, or needed repairs to management

Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates with customers

Operate and maintain company service vehicle and equipment responsibly

Requirements:

Prior pool cleaning or pool service technician experience preferred

Basic knowledge of pool water chemistry and chemical handling

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage an independent route

Excellent customer service and communication skills
