Job Description

The PeopleSoft (PS) Compensation Planning Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in PS Compensation module, incl. implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 9.x implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages is required. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid & proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Prefer candidates with 9.1 experience,  global experience, upgrade experience as well as experience implementing other PS modules i.e., Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Position Management, Succession Planning.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in PeopleSoft Compensation module
  • At least 1 year experience in PeopleSoft 9.0 implementations
  • At least 1 year experience in Global projects with multiple languages
  • Basic knowledge in PS 9.1 experience
  • At least 1 year experience in PS modules, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Succession Planning, Position Management
  • Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Fluent

Preferred

  • At least 3 years experience in PeopleSoft Compensation module
  • At least 3 years experience in PeopleSoft 9.0 implementations
  • At least 3 years experience in Global projects with multiple languages
  • At least 1 year experience in PS 9.1 experience
  • At least 3 years experience in PS modules, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Succession Planning, Position Management
