Title                        : PeopleSoft Financial Functional Consultant (AP/Purchase)

Location                : Anywhere in the US. 

Duration                : Full Time

Salary                    : $120,000- $130,000/annum+ benefits

 

Hexaware Technologies is seeking full time PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultants for its PeopleSoft Consulting Practice. Selected candidates will provide outstanding consulting and implementation services in the PeopleSoft Financials area utilizing their experience, expertise and skills in PeopleSoft Financials 9.1/9.2.

 

Travel to client site (4 days a week). Relocation assistance also provided , if required.

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide PeopleSoft Functional Consulting to Hexaware's clients
  • Lead all phases of the project's functional track - Assessment, Fit-Gap, Conference Room Pilot, Design, Configuration, Testing and Deployment
  • Provide best practice based inputs to clients on PeopleSoft Financials application and its utilization to meet business requirements
  • Take bottom-line responsibility for the functional track in a project and complete tasks per the project plan
  • Prepare and provide training to client end users
  • Work with the technical team to provide functional design, test technical work products/programs and provide functional inputs to the technical development team
  • Create documentation - As-Is and To-be process flows, Business Requirements, Functional Design, Configuration Guide and Training Manuals

Requirements:

Mandatory (must haves):

  • Experience of at least 5 years in PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consulting
  • Implementation and Roll Out Experience - at least 2 end to end implementations
  • Experience and expertise in the following modules is mandatory-
    • Accounts Payables
    • Purchasing
    • eProcurement
    • Experience in following is preferable but not mandatory -
      • eSettlement
      • Travel and Expense
      • Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach to addressing business requirements
      • Solid understanding of integration between modules and with external applications
      • Excellent communication and articulation skills
      • Ability to design solutions that address the requirements and create functional design and specification documents

Experience in creating and executing test cases both from systems as well as integration testing perspective
