Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled one‑on‑one care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ.   • Current BLS Certification

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

  • Proof of MMR within 10 years

  • Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
