Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 + Leadership Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Schedule: Full-time, Days (No Weekends)

Our client is a respected hospital located near Round Rock, TX, dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric care and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. They are seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Pediatrics - Registered Nurse to lead their Pediatrics Unit.


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Pediatrics - Registered Nurse to join and guide the pediatric team. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence within the Pediatrics Unit.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Pediatrics Unit.
  • Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care standards to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
  • Oversee resource allocation, staffing, and budgeting to maintain efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to align departmental goals with the overall mission and vision.
  • Monitor and evaluate unit performance, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.


Qualifications:


  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (BCLS).
  • Active Registered Nurse License.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare (required).
  • At least 3+ years in a Director role within a Pediatrics Unit (required).
