  • Support daily clinic operations by maintaining accurate records, organizing front office workflows, and assisting the care team with administrative needs.
  • Protect client privacy and confidentiality by safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and adhering to HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Foster a positive team culture by communicating effectively, collaborating across departments, and contributing to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
  • Stay prepared to support our mission by completing required training, assisting with same-sex urine drug screens when needed, and taking on additional responsibilities that help serve our clients.

Schedule

  • Full-time position consisting of three (3) 12-hour shifts each week, plus one (1) 8-hour shift every other week.
  • Regular schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., plus an 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Sunday every other week.
  • Because our Urgent Care Clinic serves the community seven days a week, candidates must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
