This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel. The Receptionist also performs a variety of general administrative duties, including greeting clients, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization. By managing multiple phone lines and operating office equipment such as copy machines, the Receptionist supports smooth daily operations. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall efficiency and positive image of the organization through excellent communication and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with office equipment such as copy machines and fax machines.
  • Ability to perform general administrative and office duties efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
