Plasman is actively hiring Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations and contribute to a safe, productive, and quality-driven environment.

The Production Operator plays a critical role in supporting production goals by operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting parts, and following all company safety and quality standards.


Shift Information

Candidates must be flexible to work assigned shifts and overtime, including early start times, extended shifts, weekends, or additional hours based on production and customer demands.


Essential Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and perform assembly-related tasks
