Job description

Description
Vectorply has entry level Machine Operator positions available on 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 3pm - 11pm) AND 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 11pm - 7am). There will be overtime opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to perform tasks and duties as trained that will allow for the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing equipment to which assignment is made. Training will be provided. Tasks and duties include but not limited to the following:
  • Maintain a safe work area by following all safety policies and processes
  • Inspection of materials to ensure accuracy
  • Loading raw materials into the manufacturing machines
  • Monitoring of the manufacturing process to prioritize the areas needing materials
  • Assisting machine operators in repairing causes of machinery stops and re starting the machine
  • Removing finished product from the manufacturing equipment
  • Packaging of finished product
  • Maintaining accurate records of pertinent information
  • General housekeeping duties
