We are Worldwide AND we are American Made. We are Kronospan. Main duties and responsibilities To become fully qualified to perform one or more operators' jobs in the MDF finishing area to include Energy Plant, Refiner, and Press Operator.

They are also responsible for assisting equipment operators on day to day tasks. The Finishing Operator Trainee is responsible for performing assignments in accordance with PDM. They are responsible for performing routine and complicated equipment checks.

The Finishing Operator Trainee is responsible for maintaining the production area in a clean and organized fashion. Requirements The ability to read and comprehend work instructions of a technical nature. The ability to operate or learn to operate heavy machinery.

The ability to work with electric, pneumatic, or hand tools. The ability to be trained and become certified to operate a forklift. The ability to comprehend and manipulate metric measurements.

The ability to work effectively with other members of the facility team. The ability to work without constant supervision. The ability to creatively problem-solve, individually or as part of a group.
