Job description

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a complex Army radar program office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role includes identifying opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency, while providing on site program support to the full lifecycle of the Army's ground-based radar systems, including the AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ 53, and their associated Foreign Military Sales variants.
This position is contingent upon award.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage reporting, suspense tracking, calendars, and information flow across the product office to support operational readiness
  • Prepare and update PMR/IPR materials, briefings, audiovisual products, and good news reports for leadership review
  • Coordinate document routing, data calls, and cross functional communication between the product office and higher headquarters
  • Provide onsite program management support to the prime contractor, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and performance objectives
  • Recommend improvements to business processes, quality, productivity, and organizational efficiency in support of mission objectives
  • Support lifecycle activities for ground based radar systems through effective operational planning and documentation management

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of Lead Operations manager experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of Lead Operations experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with APG/RS3 and Army acquisition environments
