Pay: LPN: $32.00 - $39.00/hr | RN: $40.00 - $45.00/hr (Competitive rates with flexible daily payment options)

Job Responsibilities

As a Nurse Supervisor RN / LPN, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care. Key duties:

  • Supervision & Leadership: Lead and manage nursing staff on the PM shift to ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

  • Care Coordination: Assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, manage medication distribution, and collaborate with physicians.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine unit rounds, track clinical progress, and ensure flawless documentation in compliance with HIPAA.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the DON, ADON, and Administrator to streamline facility operations and provide ongoing staff education.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.

  • Experience: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility required. Experience in inpatient/palliative care preferred.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and electronic charting/computer proficiency.
