Job Summary:

The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and support in all activities of daily living that ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility.

Essential Duties:

●     Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.

●     Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.

●     Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures.

●     Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
