 Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing RN
  • Currently licensed, and in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing
  • Thorough and current knowledge of methods and practices of nursing care
  • Two years nursing experience, preferably in Senior Living, with demonstrated productivity achievement level
  • Knowledge of the principalities of management and leadership
  • Effectively communicate with residents, their families and team members
  • Work every other weekend and some holidays
  • Knowledge and understanding of geriatric care and the aging process.
