Heritage Hall is currently seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse at our Lexington, VA facility!
 
Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering day-to-day care to residents at our 60 bed facility.  They supervise the LPN’s and CNA’s on duty with them as well as participate in the direct care of the residents. They are also responsible for administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. 
Part-Time: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm with every other weekend required
 
Position Requirements
  • Must have an ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
  • Must have active RN licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
