Office Manager

The Office Manager will oversee essential administrative functions such as office supply management and supporting offsite accounting with document tracking and reporting. This position will also support customer service functions as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within the organization. As BCI Reno evolves into a full-scale manufacturing facility by the end of 2026, this role is expected to expand significantly in responsibility and scope. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and eager to take on increasing leadership and operational functions as the site develops.

Tasks related to this position may vary and are not limited to those listed below:

  • Performing all duties from a foundation of trust and the highest ethical conduct, following established safety rules, company policies and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding internal and external customer service through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive follow-up.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order flow.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Keep the front office organized, professional, and efficient.
  • Handle document filing, scanning, and administrative upkeep.
  • Track, organize, and forward paperwork to offsite accounting teams (invoices, shipping documents, receipts, etc.).
  • Reconcile order records and support accurate billing and reporting processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to site leadership as needed.
  • Support operational planning as BCI Reno prepares to scale into a manufacturing site.
  • Participate in new system implementations, process improvements, and team expansion.
  • Take on evolving responsibilities in production support, scheduling, inventory management, and facility coordination over time.
  • Exemplifies a team spirit and provides exceptional support to internal team members and BCI's customers.
  • Maintains a well-organized workspace.
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Proficiency in Amtech, Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience with ERP/order entry systems is a plus.

Demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving and decision making.

Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
