Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN)

Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight of our skilled nursing team while helping create a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Monitor clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing leadership
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly
• Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in QAPI activities
• Assist with staff coaching, development, and performance management
• Provide direct nursing care as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana RN or LPN license required
• Minimum two years of supervisory nursing experience required
• Long-term care and/or assisted living experience preferred
• Knowledge of MDS and care planning processes
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

Weekend Position
• Six-month commitment
• Must work every Saturday and Sunday
