We are currently seeking a Floor Care Specialist to support our Healthcare campus through routine floor maintenance, carpet care, and special cleaning projects.
Schedule: 4PM - 12:30AM must work alternating weekends & alternating holidays

As a Floor Care Specialist, you'll help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our Healthcare environment through a variety of floor care and cleaning responsibilities, including:
  • Dust mopping, damp mopping, scrubbing, stripping, buffing, and refinishing floors
  • Carpet care including spotting, bonneting, shampooing, extracting, and restorative cleaning
  • Vacuuming hallways and common areas according to established schedules
  • Completing detailed cleaning of edges, vents, sprinkler heads, and project areas
  • Operating floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Coordinating floor care procedures with other departments as needed
  • Observing and reporting maintenance or repair needs throughout the campus
  • Following safety procedures and properly handling cleaning chemicals

What We're Looking For
  • Previous floor care or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Experience operating floor cleaning equipment is helpful
  • Willingness to learn and work independently
  • Ability to follow written instructions and cleaning schedules
