Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) - 1:1 Adult Home Care
Job Summary
Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes. You'll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting. We are currently looking for compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our team for several high-priority 1:1 openings in the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo areas.
Whether you prefer the energy of pediatric care or the reward of working with adults, we have a patient who needs your skills.
Client-Specific Case Details
Battle Creek Openings
Client 1: Adult Spinal Cord/TBI Rehab
  • Patient: Adult client recovering from a 2020 motor vehicle accident (C1 ASIA-C SCI and TBI).
  • Clinical Needs: Neurogenic bladder management (intermittent straight cath), UTI monitoring, ADL support, and mobility assistance (ambulates short distances with a walker).
  • Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Days) // 7:00PM - 7:00AM (Nights) Every Day

Kalamazoo Opening (Adult)
Client 2: Compassionate Adult Care
  • Patient: 69-year-old female (Quadriplegic).
  • Personality: Super sweet, loves elephants, gospel music, and action/comedy movies.
  • Clinical Needs: Trach changes, suctioning, cough assist machine, ADLs, and fall prevention.
  • Environment: Clean, friendly home with a highly involved family.
    • Team environment: There is always a nurse and an aide working together.
  • Schedule: Mon-Wed and Sat-Sun | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
