Golden Years Homestead | Greencroft Communities

Overview

Golden Years Homestead, part of Greencroft Communities, is seeking a seasonal team member to help maintain our campus grounds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping spaces clean and well cared for.

What Youll Do

  • Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas
  • Assist with planting, trimming, and general upkeep
  • Operate grounds equipment and tools
  • Help with snow and ice removal as needed
  • Support basic maintenance tasks across campus

What Were Looking For

  • Valid drivers license
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn landscaping skills and equipment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Details

  • Pay: $15.21$19.43/hour (based on experience)
  • Part-time seasonal, daytime hours
  • Physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
