Looking for a night shift where you're more than just a number? Our Cardiac Telemetry is known for its compassionate leadership, low turnover, and strong sense of camaraderie. We care for patients with a wide range of acute medical needs, giving you the chance to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment. With leaders who are present and deeply invested in your success, this is a night shift that offers stability, impact, and community.
  • Schedule: 7pm - 7am, Night Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential for 11pm-7am)
  • Department: Cardiac Telemetry
  • Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center - NH NHRMC

What You'll Do
It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
  • Our team members are part of an environment that fosters team work, team member engagement and community involvement.

What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience: One year, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Completion of NA I and NA II programs, required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): BON Health Care Provider. Medication Safety - AME
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
