This position is a FT/PT position and requires every other weekend and every other holiday.

As a MA at Midwest Covenant Home Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the personalized care and attention they deserve. Your compassion, empathy, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of others will be the key to your success in this role.

Some of the responsibilities of the MA include assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing personal care, monitoring residents’ health and well-being, administering medications, cleaning and stocking medication cart and blood sugar machines, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
