Talent Operations Coordinator

We are looking to add to our Talent Operations Team with this Talent Operations Coordinator opportunity. Our Talent Acquisition team works with Renewal by Andersen's business needs to assess talent and provide an exceptional candidate experience. As a Talent Operations Coordinator for RbA, you will be evaluating posting performance, enhancing our candidate NPS, presenting weekly reports, and assisting with onboarding responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Recruiting and Talent Operations teams to help with the efficiency of recruiting for Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest.

- Monitor and manage WFM numbers.

- Monitor and influence the completion/feedback from Candidate Experience Surveys. Ensuring feedback is provided effectively to TA team members and hiring teams.

- Run reports working closely with the Sr. Data Analyst and Talent Operations Team on weekly reports regarding KPIs, job board performance, Hirevue, etc.

- Assisting the Talent Operations Team Lead and Marketing Analyst with developing posting strategy and ensuring results.

- Become an expert with all of our systems to assist with any support tickets submitted by the team. (Monday.com, Greenhouse, Hirevue, etc.)

- Develop relationships with Metro & Midwest HRBPs and vendors to ensure coverage if our Onboarding Specialist is out of the office.

- Distribute and monitor Adverse Action for employees who do not clear background checks based on company standards, if Onboarding Specialist requires assistance or is out of office.

- Provide support and solutions to onboarding processes across all markets to improve our efficiency and increase the number of people accepting offers starting on their first day.

- Manage other special projects for the Talent Acquisition Team as needed.

Qualifications:

- High attention to detail with multiple systems and spreadsheets.

- Microsoft suite experience, working with datasets in Excel.

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and high level of customer service.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintains confidentiality with private and legal information.

- Driven by metrics and results.

- Comfortable with strict deadlines and managing multiple locations.

- Ability to distribute and present reports.
