Summary

Corvida Health Clinic is a nonprofit, primary care, safety-net clinic that serves primarily Spanish speaking uninsured and underinsured patients.  Corvida Health Clinic’s services include the full range of preventive and primary care delivered in a family medicine model, creating a true medical home for thousands of uninsured individuals in the Denver metropolitan area.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Checking patients in and out for medical appointments.
  • Collecting and posting payments.
  • Registering and updating confidential patient information.
  • Manage patient flow between front and back office.
  • Screening telephone calls, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
  • Providing accurate information to inquiries.
  • Scanning patient documentation.
  • Processing medical records requests.
  • Assist medical providers and team members as needed.

Qualifications
