Position Summary:
Our ManufacturingOperators work in a variety of departments and may be responsible for runningmachines, assembly lines, packaging, driving forklift and other activities asneeded.
SpecificResponsibilities:
Note: We are hiring fora variety of our Sheboygan Falls Locations - each facility runs differentproducts which ultimately changes the operator role. We will provide you morespecific details of the facility for the open roles.
  • Utilize established methods and tools to ensure product meets quality standards
  • Ability to accurately record production and quality
  • Ability to follow safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean workspace
  • Able to communicate issues and improvements so we can continue to grow and be innovative as a team
  • Perform all initial and secondary job requirements proficiently
  • Perform inspection of products
  • Report production figures
  • Keep tools, equipment, and workplace in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
  • Assist in setup of workstation

Qualifications:
  • 18+ years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Self Motivated and driven
