This position plays a critical role in developing improvement plans and strategies that drive profitability by eliminating manufacturing and distribution costs and losses while improving manufacturing asset intensity.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Operational Master Planning activities for the factory, including ownership of data to support at all levels.Deliver appropriate training and coaching to build the capabilities of people within the factory.Coach & lead projects as needed.Support all Nestl Continuous Excellence (NCE) pillars to drive implementation of world class manufacturing through TPM.Support the development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines.Coach data health on factory floor and operational reviewsREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma4+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.The approximate pay range for this position is $74,960 to $100,550. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
