Job Summary:The Roto Mold Associate is responsible for setting up roto molds for production and removing finished products from the molds, while ensuring that quality specifications are met.
Essential Functions:

  • Assembles and disassembles molds.
  • Monitors roto mold machines while operating.
  • Removes and cleans excess material.
  • Inspects product for quality control.
  • Tests product for defects with water or air.
  • Assists with material, color and product change procedures.
  • Customizes and labels finished products using stencils, placing and drilling decals.
  • Cuts wires and wraps product.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to bend, twist, and reach while handling objects and using power and hand tools.

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will be working in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to varying temperatures and inclement weather conditions. There will also be frequent exposure to dirt and dust.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels in the workplace for the majority of the day, due to the constant use of forklift and hand-held power tools.
