Job description

Entry-Level Machine Operator | $18/Hour | Paid Training

Are you good with your hands? Like working with tools and machinery? Looking for a stable job where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career?

We're looking for an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our team. No machine operating experience is required. We'll train the right person.

In this role, you'll learn how to operate large shop equipment and help build custom pipe systems used in water treatment plants and underground water systems. You'll work alongside experienced team members in a hands-on environment where safety, teamwork, and learning are important.


What You'll Do
  • Learn to operate a large lathe machine that cuts, threads, and shapes pipe
  • Help prepare materials and move products throughout the shop
  • Use hand tools and power tools to support daily production
  • Read simple drawings and measurements to ensure parts are built correctly
  • Learn to safely operate a forklift and overhead crane (training provided)
  • Assist with machine setup and basic maintenance
  • Load, unload, and move large pipes and materials safely
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety rules and wear required protective equipment
  • Work as part of a small team to complete projects on time
