Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Rotational Molding Associates to join their dedicated team. As a Rotational Molding Associate, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Rotational Molding Associate First Shift

Location: DECORAH, IA

Pay Range: 17.00

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

  • Lifting plastic parts and refilling molds with premixed powered resin.
  • Filling buckets with Power Resin in the correct mixtures and weights.
  • Trim and inspect molded parts to ensure quality standards.
  • Work safely, efficiently, and effectively at a fast pace to meet production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
