We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back of the house restaurant operations which include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a smart ordering system for kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the kitchen staff.
  • Ability to accurately place food orders according to needs and pars.
  • Ensure proper food handling and product rotation on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a proper cost of goods according to company standards.
  • Supervise food prep and cooking.
  • Kitchen schedule, which includes hiring and firing, and making sure we are always staff appropriately.
  • Monitor kitchen labor.
  • Training of all kitchen staff.
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
  • Maintain regular maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
