Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to restore operations quickly.
  • Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before failures occur.
  • Install, maintain, and replace components including motors, pumps, valves, bearings, cylinders, and control devices.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Hydraulics
    • Pneumatics
    • Electrical systems
    • Mechanical systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical degree, vocational certification, or equivalent maintenance training.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls.
