Role Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our manufacturing equipment operating reliably and safely during 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm; overtime as needed, including weekends). This position supports production continuity by addressing equipment issues quickly and documenting work with accuracy.
Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance and inspections, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical faults, completing repairs on plant equipment, coordinating with production to reduce downtime, maintaining maintenance records, and following safety expectations.
Required qualifications/skills:
- 3–5 years of electrical experience
- 3–5 years of hydraulic experience
- 3–5 years of pneumatic experience
- Leadership experience preferred

Shift Snapshot

Your shift begins with a quick review of open items and equipment status so you can prioritize what will most impact throughput.
