Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality meals to our valued customers. The Shift Leader will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daytoday operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Staff Leadership: Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement staff schedules and manage performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Monitor sales and expenses, and prepare financial reports as required.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain appropriate stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
