What You'll Do

  • Calendar Mastery: Own and manage the senior partner's complex, fast-moving schedule—coordinating depositions, hearings, client meetings, and court deadlines with absolute precision.
  • Legal Document Preparation: Type, format, proofread, and file legal documents with meticulous accuracy—ensuring zero grammatical or formatting errors.
  • Communications & Gatekeeping: Serve as the professional, warm primary point of contact for clients, witnesses, and court personnel via phone, email, and fax.
  • Trial & Hearing Prep: Assemble digital and physical binders/notebooks for court hearings and trial proceedings.
  • Dictation & Case Files: Transcribe attorney dictation accurately and maintain highly organized electronic and physical case files.
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate the partner's daily needs, flagging issues early and staying one step ahead without prompting.


Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of stable, high-level administrative experience.
  • Technical & Core Skills: Exceptional writing, grammar, and proofreading skills; proficiency with document formatting and dictation/transcription.
