Location: The Aster Apartments; Beachwood, OH

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.00, based on experience

Incentives: Commissions on new leases

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
  • Leasing or property management experience is a plus—Yardi experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
  • Weekend availability required
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our leasing operations—leading property tours, responding to inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. You’ll also assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and day-to-day operations such as rent collection and lease renewals.

  • Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
  • Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
  • Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events
