Job description


An apartment complex is seeking a Leasing Assistant to assist with leasing of affordable housing property unit. This is a first shift opportunity working 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, voicemails, emails, and follow-ups related to leasing inquiries, appointments, and general information
  • Provide basic administrative support to help maintain organized leasing files, appointment tracking, and other routine tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
  • Travel between locations when needed
  • Work closely with on-site management to support leasing and customer service needs

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Must have prior Leasing and Administrative experience
  • Must have knowledge of affordable housing properties
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, telephone, and computer skills is needed
  • Must be respectful, friendly, courteous, and dependable
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation in order to go to other rental properties to show apartments
