Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.


Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required or the ability to obtain one.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Successful sales background.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.
