We're seeking the right candidate for the position of RN, Every Other Weekend Supervisor at Ruleville Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
  • Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
  • Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
