Job description

Pay Rate: Up to $62/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

- Shifts: 12hr, 07:00-19:00

Job Summary:
Provides intensive care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and histories.
  • Administer medications, set up IVs, perform diagnostics, and manage wounds.
  • Monitor patients and respond to emergencies promptly.
  • Collaborate with the care team and educate patients/families.
  • Document care and maintain records per hospital policy.

Requirements:

  • RN license in state of assignment. *Compact License Allowed*
  • Minimum 2-year(s) exp.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC and TNS preferred
  • Experience in medical-surgical units preferred.
  • Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.

Work Environment & Demands:

  • Will work every 3rd weekend
  • Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).
  • Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
