Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Help Desk professional to provide support to both onsite and remote users. The role involves maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting workstations and network systems.
Responsibilities:
• experience maintaining, monitoring, patching, and re-imaging workstations
• experience assisting both onsite users as well as remote users
• experience planning, integrating and maintaining software and hardware for local or wide area computer networks
• experience troubleshooting hardware / software, network computers and printers, and a variety of supported applications
• experience and understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, and File Permissions
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of professional work experience
• experience maintaining, monitoring, patching, and re-imaging workstations
• experience assisting both onsite users as well as remote users
• experience planning, integrating and maintaining software and hardware for local or wide area computer networks
• experience troubleshooting hardware / software, network computers and printers, and a variety of supported applications
• experience and understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, and File Permissions
• the contractor must have a valid driver's license and insurance to be able to operate the vehicle
